What a day we had at the 2019 UK Business Awards at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London on 8th November.
A real red letter day for the FIT team who walked away with the Gold Award for Professional Services against some really tough finalists and a real recognition of our culture, delivery and focus on achieving outstanding results for our customers.
Adding a cherry on top of this particular cake we also won a Bronze Award for Customer Centric Organisation in partnership with our lovely client Equiniti. Our presentation focused on the journey we took with them to positively impact the culture within the Equiniti Customer Experience Centre in Birmingham and how we engaged frontliners and managers to enhance their customers experience.
Results have been outstanding and we're so proud of this project and the people who made it such a success.
